About Us

As of June 16th, 2023, Anthony Perez became the new owner of Blind Faith in Crested Butte, Colorado. The previous owners were John and Kelly Ritch from Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Anthony is the 5th owner of Blind Faith since it was founded by Michael and Mary Shannon Baim in 1994.

Anthony moved to Crested Butte in 2004 from Northern Minnesota and worked in hospitality for a long time. In 2008, after finishing college at Western State Colorado University, he started a Private Concierge and Transportation company called CB Specialty Services which then morphed into a multi-vehicle transportation company called CB Limo. In 2018, CB Limo was sold to Alpine Express out of Gunnison and Anthony started looking for his next endeavor.

While picking up various lines of side work, such as ski instructing and property management, Anthony started installing blinds for Blind Faith and found an interest. During that period, Anthony learned to install all sorts of blinds, draperies, patio shades and even retractable screen doors. He even obtained a certification as a Hunter Douglas Master Installer. When the current owners were looking to sell, it was clear that Anthony would be their first call.

Currently, Anthony’s main role is in Sales and General Management of the company. He oversees the installation services but lets his installation staff take full ownership of their department.
